Made from natural flour and cooked in an oven over 200 years old, the shop's baguettes will send your taste buds to heaven. DELICATESSEN: discover all the secrets of olive oil and vinegar, of their fabrication and their use in cuisine. Other products linked to local identity such as tapenade, honey and jam will be presented to you. PASTRY: finish your tour on a sweet note, and delve into the universe of American pastry. Cupcakes and their subtleties will be in the spotlight. Colors, textures and flavors enable incredible visual and taste variations! These pastries will leave you with incomparable culinary memories SEAFOOD: Oliver, a fishing enthusiast, will show you products caught daily by local fishermen.
