Combining tradition with innovation, master chocolatier Thierry Court puts every ounce of his expertise and creativity at the service of food lovers, through his 100% home-made creations.
Thierry Court selects only the finest raw cocoa, and then experiments with flavours and textures in his laboratory until he finds the perfect balance.
Macaroons are another of Thierry Court’s great specialities, handmade and available in a wide range of flavours.
Pastries, confectionaries, chocolates, truffles, pralines, handmade spreads… Thierry Court’s shop is one for the food lovers, a real treat for the eyes and tastebuds alike.
This chocolate maker loves to work with and showcase regional produce. He is notably behind the creation of the Grenoisine, a delicious handmade brioche with honey and caramelised nuts, well on its way to becoming the regional speciality!
Specially for our Grenoble hotel, the chocolate maker has devised a wonderful spread and sticks of marshmallows, both of which will of course be available for guests to purchase in the hotel boutique.
