L'Os à Moelle

Restaurants & Bars 3 Rue Vasco de Gama, 75015 Paris,
Information

Thierry Faucher opened L’Os à Moelle in April 1994, having first cut his teeth as a chef at Le Bristol in Paris and, later, under Christian Constant at Le Crillon.

In L’Os à Moelle, Faucher has created the perfect destination for everything from business lunches to dinners with friends and romantic nights out. The specials board is constantly changing, depending on the produce available at the market, the changing of the seasons, and the whims of the chef.

Diners get to choose from a selection of gourmet bistrot dishes such as cream of lentils with foie gras and golden croutons, roasted quail with celery remoulade, line-caught whiting with chanterelle mushrooms, bone marrow, and chocolate quenelles with a saffron-infused sauce.

Opening hours :

Tuesday-Friday : from 12pm to 2pm and from 7pm to 10:30pm

Saturday : from 7pm to 10:30pm
