L’histoire de cette propriété familiale doit sa renommée à la haute vallée du Reginu, excellent terroir viticole et à la vigne plantée sur une ancienne moraine glacière. Racheté en 1893 par Pierre-Paul Tomasini, le corps de ferme existant jadis était alors une ancienne "fabrique" : un moulin à huile construit vers 1850 et triturant des olives achetées et produites dans la région. Ce n’est qu’en 1945 que Roger Maestracci fit planter les premières parcelles de ce vignoble inexploité. Depuis 1981, Dominique et Michel Raoust, fille et gendre de Roger Maestracci exploitent les 29 hectares de vignes avec passion et tradition. L’encépagement, typiquement insulaire, se compose de Nielluccio, de Sciaccarello, vermentino et de grenache. Les vignes évoluent ici sur un terroir argilo-calcaire situé à 170 mètres d’altitudes et bénéficient de conditions phytosanitaires optimales. Le climat continental sec et chaud permet une bonne ventilation et garantit la qualité des raisins. Les vins produits reflètent le terroir et restent fidèles à l’île de Beauté
