Passionate about his region and local products, Jean-Claude Altmayer will first have you discover the Halles d’Avignon, where you can select the necessary ingredients for lunch. Leave this market area with a basket full of typical products to make Provençal cuisine: olives, asparagus, strawberries, etc. Your cooking workshop will start in the warm environment of a 16th-century style townhouse. Jean-Claude will teach you to cook delicious classic Provençal dishes such as tapenade, ratatouille, and honey-roasted veal, all while sharing tasty stories. Enjoy your freshly prepared meals with three glasses of wine in the company of other participants.
