Pl. Sainte-Gudule, 1000 Brussels,
Information
The Cathedral of Saints Michael and Gudula is one of the most emblematic monuments of the city of Brussels.
Its construction, in the Gothic style, was started at the beginning of the 13th century, on a Romanesque building dating from the 11th century, and was only completed two centuries later. The building is very well preserved, since major renovation work was undertaken between 1983 and 1989.
