He is offering a visit to a Parisian market to select the right ingredients for the recipes you will later discover during the class. Frédéric will adapt to your level so you can make the most of his experience as a chef. Your time with him will be both educational and fun, as you prepare a complete meal (starter – main course – dessert) with the fresh local products bought on the market. You will, of course, have the chance to savour your creations at the end of the class, with a glass of wine and a tea or coffee. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Please drink responsibly.
