With permanent collections, Renoir Gardens and the Studio-Apartment on Rue Cortot, discover the real Montmartre.
Accompanied by your guide, explore the Renoir Gardens, a source of inspiration for the Impressionist painter, which offer a view of the Clos Montmartre vineyard. There, Renoir painted many of his works, such as The Swing, Dance at Le Moulin de la Galette and Garden in the Rue Cortot.
Then discover the history and artistic energy of the studios on the Butte Montmartre by seeing the collections housed in the oldest building in Montmartre. You will learn all about the French Cancan, the shadow theatre, the Chat Noir cabaret venue and the Moulin Rouge!
Then, meet at the Studio-Apartment on Rue Cortot, home of the noted painter, Suzanne Valadon, and her son, Maurice Utrillon, and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the artists' studios which contain canvases, paintings and easels.
