Coppet Castle
The Coppet Castle has remained in the same family for nine generations, and was the residence of Jacques Necker, minister to King Louis XVI of France, and his daughter Germaine de Staël, a famous opponent of Napoleon. With its view over the lake and the village, the castle offers visitors a collection of art objects, signed furniture and master paintings.
