Bib & Guss, the Ducasse family's restaurant, is a real convivial brasserie, open continuously from 12pm to 9pm. At Bib and Guss, you can come and eat and drink at any time of the day, and even make appointments thanks to a private lounge. 

As for the cuisine, chef Alain Ducasse has devised a fairly simple menu, with dishes to share (or not) and classic brasserie dishes. 
Classic beef tartar well seasoned, 'grandma's' pâté, pickles, roasted lamb shoulder, yoghurt and coriander condiment, the dishes are tried and tested and delicious.
