The project was born from a collective of culinary artists, a clever mix of names in gastronomy and bistronomy.
Each in their respective universe brings together in one place a culinary diversity intended for the residents and visitors of Paris La Défense.

Table Square wishes to campaign for "healthy, beautiful and better eating", a state of mind shared by all the restaurant owners and players in the project. By committing to a more virtuous distribution, recycling and a more ethical food chain, the takers are joining forces to offer excellent cuisine to their customers, at any time of the day, at the table, on the go or to take away.

The proposal is intended to be both qualitative and accessible, while at the same time seeking to meet the multiple expectations of the neighbourhood, where employees, tourists and residents rub shoulders during the day and in the evening, on weekdays and at weekends. Gastronomic or street-food, Parisian brasserie and bistronomy, on the spot or to take away, Table Square combines all genres through six different restaurants and a single watchword, good taste.
